Jane Rolland, M. Ed, LBA

She then embarked on a career in behavior therapy where she led summer camps, social groups, and provided treatment to children of all ages. In 2017, she left Texas in pursuit of adventure and relocated to Denver, Colorado. She became certified as a behavior analyst in Denver, while developing an affinity for hiking, camping, skiing, and seeing live music at Red Rocks. Jane lives in the city and enjoys spending time outdoors with her golden doodle, Franklin. Jane is ecstatic about joining the Village family, developing meaningful relationships with her clients and their families, and with fellow staff, and is looking forward to serving the Richmond community as a whole.

Ellen Brooke, BS

Owls Lead Teacher

Ellen is a teacher at The Village Richmond with a BS in Human Development and Psychology from Virginia Tech. She has worked in classrooms and alongside children for the last seven years. She has been a resident of Carytown since 2023 and is excited to contribute to the community through teaching and interacting with the families residing here.
